Privacy policy
This site exists to compare the wine tours, chateau tastings and e-bike days available around the medieval village. Nothing here asks you to sign up, log in or hand over an email. That means no profile of you builds up on our side as you read.
Data collected here
Everything measured is anonymous and lumped together: page views, an approximate country, the kind of device used, and which listing links get clicked. From that we can tell whether readers are gravitating toward a private sidecar half-day or a full-day electric bike trip through the vineyards, or whether a Grand Cru Classé tasting outdraws a small-group food tour. Individual readers stay unknown. And because no page requests a name, address or card number, there is simply nothing personal to store.
Third-party scripts
Some outside code runs inside these pages. Mapping, where used, loads directly from the mapping company, which sets its own cookies under rules it publishes itself. The analytics tool operates independently too, gathering its figures on your device rather than on a server we control.
Booking anything happens away from this site. Once you follow a listing to the live booking page, that operator's own privacy terms and payment systems take over completely. We never see your card, your booking name or your confirmation number, whether you reserved a Chateau Labrie tasting or a full-day bike and lunch tour. How this site earns money is set out on the disclosure page.
What never occurs
- Sell, rent or trade your data to any outside party. That practice has no place here.
- Load advertising pixels, cross-site tracking beacons or retargeting code onto these comparison pages.
- Ask for an email address. There is no newsletter to join and no mailing list behind it.
- Process a payment or hold a place on any Saint-Émilion tour. Whether you book a half-day sidecar ride or a small-group day trip from Bordeaux, the transaction runs entirely through the operator's own checkout, under their terms.
- Run an on-page contact form. The contact page lists a simple mailto link, so whatever you write travels through your own email service and never passes through our systems.
Hosting
Cloudflare hosts these pages and keeps the standard server logs its network needs, IP addresses included, to deflect attacks and abuse. Those records serve security purposes only. Nobody uses them to identify or profile a reader comparing Saint-Émilion tastings and bike routes.
Your choices
You stay in control the whole time. A private browser window or a tracking blocker stops the analytics from recording anything, and the pages still read normally with JavaScript disabled. If you would prefer to skip this site altogether, the disclosure page names every operator and booking platform we list, so you can head straight to a tour's live page and arrange it there.
